本公司创办于1975年8月，是全国最大的铅盐系列生产经营企业，95年被列为“国家重点高新技术企业”。公司现有职工500名，其中工程技术人员120名。公司占地面积18.8万平方米，绿化面积7.8万平方米，建筑面积10万平方米。 公司拥有总资产3.8亿元，固定资产2亿元，年销售收入10亿元，其中自营出口5000万美元，近年来稳步发展，经济效益良好。
公司主要产品有江苏省名牌产品电子级硅酸铅、电子级红丹、颗粒黄丹、首创开发的不规则状氧化铅、颗粒红丹、蓄电池专用红丹、蓄电池专用黄丹，传统产品黄丹、红丹等产品。目前生产能力达12万吨/年。 产品主要用于显示器、电视机玻壳的配套生产；还用于电真空玻璃、光学玻璃、水晶玻璃、瓷釉、熔块、造漆、塑料稳定剂、铅酸蓄电池、压电陶瓷等产品的制造。本公司检测设备先进、齐全。产品质优稳定，在国际、国内享有盛誉。公司97年拥有自营进出口权，产品远销韩国、日本、印度、意大利、俄罗斯、香港、台湾、德国、美国、荷兰等10多个国家地区，目前，出口比例达40%左右。
公司注重科技进步，勇于创新，在国家有关部委的支持下，先后完成了列入国家火炬计划的《五万吨铅盐全密闭改造项目》和《扩大出口年产3万吨电子级硅酸铅技改项目》，通过技术改造。实现了电脑自动化、全密闭负压生产，生产工艺领先于国际先进水平。

Founded in August 1975, our company is the largest lead salts manufacturer of China. There are 400 employees in our company, 120 of them are technicians. At present, our company covers an area of 188,000sqm and 78,000sqm of green area, the building area is about 100,000sqm. We have been the“ National hi-tech company" since 1995.
Our company has total assets of 380 million Yuan and 200 million Yuan of fixed assets. We can sell 780 million Yuan of products per year now; the export income is about 20 million Yuan per year.We have experienced steady development over years.
Our company has become a leading company of this trade. We can produce 120,000 tons of products every years, including electrical grade silicate, electrical grade lead red, granular yellow lead, irregular lead oxide, granular lead red, traditional lead yellow and lead red.These products can be used in the making of monitor, TV glass tube, electrovacuum glass, optical glass, enamel, paint, plastic stabilizer, battery and piezoelectric ceramic.Our company has become very popular now. We got the I/E license in 1997, up to now, 60% of our products are exported to Korea, Japan, India, Italy, Russia, Hongkong, Taiwan, Germany, USA and Holland.At the same time, we are always concerned about the technical innovation. Supported by some ministries of China, we have finished two technical reform projects successfully, including national torch program?50,000T/A lead salts full-sealing reform ?and ?To expanding export-30, 000T/A lead silicate item.At present?, our production is processed under computer control and full-sealing condition.
